• The School is managed by the Paklaomattom Thazhamon Society for Development & Rehabilitation, a non-profit, charitable Society, through its elected board of governors.
• The day to day administration and operations are done by an academic team, headed by the principal.
• Teachers discharge their duties under the guidance of Departmental heads and the academic team.
• The PTA’s awareness and active participation in school’s programs & Projects renders a healthy balance in public relations.
• The Alumni association of the School is interested in the future growth of this institution and actively involve by joining hands in its projects and activities.

Scholarships

Though an unaided school in the private sector, the management & the school has concern for the following sections of the children:

• The meritorious, the well disciplined, the leaders, the deprived and the deserving are taken care of. Appreciation and acknowledgement take the forms of badges, mementos, cash awards and Scholarships.

• The observes important occasions like the Independence day, flag day etc and celebrates festivals like Onam, Christmas etc.

• The school magazine,“Excellere” is published every year, maintaining good standard. Students share responsibility in its production, with the staff.
